I have been soo busy the last couple of days. I was doing so well then Sunday night I could
not push through the cravings for fruit.
I had some blue berries and applesauce in the house. I ate both of them so I can truly assume that
it knocked me out of ketosis and I have to start once again. I am back on track today. Weigh on was 234.2 lbs., down from 238.4 lbs.
from the week before.
